WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR DECLUTTERING & HOME ORGANISING CONSULTATION
If you're thinking about booking a consultation, but you're not sure what to expect or you would just like to know a little more before getting in touch, then you're in the right place. ​
Here at Dunmow Decluttering the first step in any decluttering and organising solution is the client consultation. It’s a hugely important part of the process and the foundation on which my service is built, so what can you expect from your consultation?
Consultations are available either in person at your home or by telephone depending on your location, distance and your preference.

I always schedule plenty of time to chat when you book a consultation. This allows me to be able to find out exactly what you’re hoping to achieve in any sessions and to have a good look at the areas that you want to work on if we're at your home. It also allows you to get to know me and decide if I’m the right organiser for you.
I understand that you may be nervous or apprehensive about inviting somebody into your home to help, but rest assured, I'm there to offer you support, not judgement. Theres no need to tidy or put things away before your consultation - seeing the space as you use it on a daily basis is exactly what the consultation is for. My focus is entirely on finding solutions and how I can help you.
The consultation will also provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. The more I’m able to listen and learn at a consultation, the better I’m able to plan and personalise sessions for my clients. Your consultation is free and will be entirely without obligation - I won’t pressure you into making a booking and I won’t follow up with numerous emails or calls. It’s important to me that you have time and space to make a decision.
